No Fuss Returns

Our aim is to make online shopping easy and risk-free. That’s why we offer a no fuss, hassle free returns policy.

Naturally, we want you to love your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are not absolutely delighted / ecstatic / thrilled / cock-a-hoop, you can return your purchase for a full refund - or exchange it for something else within 21 days of your original purchase.

*For any goods which are made to order are excluded from this returns policy. 

Returns Procedure

We recommend that you contact us and tell us that you wish to return an item. Please return all goods in their original condition - sorry, we cannot accept used, damaged or made to order items - and wrap carefully so as to avoid damage during transit.

Please be sure to include your name, address and a daytime telephone number (and, if you are returning a gift, please remember to include the buyer's name and address).

You can return goods FREE from within New Zealand via NZ Post. All returned goods should be sent to:
