The ‘Milano’ Sofa recently featured at the International Furniture Fair in Milan.  These were part of an Oceania showcase, conceived and assembled by Australian designer Darcy Clarke.

Coast New Zealand was once again involved in the Louis Vuttion Trophy, which was held in Auckland in March.

Following the success of our VIP and sailors’ lounges at the inaugral regatta in 2009, our design team was approached by Louis Vuitton to transform a rather dreary upstairs space at the Viaduct Basin into suitable venue for entertaining LV’s guests – and in which the crews could relax between races. Over the years we have been involved in a number of exterior design projects for various homes, hotels and events. 

Our last project involved designing and delivering a stand for Wither Hills – the famously good Marlborough vineyard – for the Marlborough Wine Festival.

We have had a long and fruitful relationship with Wither Hills:  The Marine Bean outdoor beanbag is a popular feature of their ‘cellar door’ wine tastings, and we drink a lot of their wine…

Consequently, when we were asked to collaborate on a stand that would bring the relaxed atmosphere of the vineyard to the Marlborough Wine Festival, we leapt at the opportunity.
