Q:    Can I really leave this outside?  
A:    Yes you can!
 
This is the question that we are most frequently asked and while the short answer is an unequivocal 'yes!' there are some technical details and care instructions that you may find useful.

Q:    Where do I get beans?
A:    Polystyrene beans (also known as ‘EPS’ beans or beads) are available from many retail outlets – such as department stores, furniture and crafts shops – and may also be obtainable from manufacturers of expanded polystyrene.

Q:    Why can't I open the liner?
A:    Don't Panic!  The liner is fitted with a safety zip to prevent its being opened by small children.
 
Assuming you are not a small child, you can open the zip by inserting an un-bent paper-clip into the top of the zip tab.

Q:  Can I carry on my Coast hand luggage
A:  Probably

The Cabin Bag is the correct size for most major airlines, but bear in mind the weight restrictions.  So long as you do not fill the The Weekender and Clipper to capacity, they will probably be OK.  However, it is always best to check with the airline, particulalrly as airport security is now completely insane.
